We are getting everything ready for you right now.
Your payment was successful, and we have begun processing your order. Whether you are a new customer or a returning veteran, here is exactly what you need to do next to access your new server.
1. Check Your Email #
If you are a new customer: Within the next few moments, you will receive a Welcome Email from us. This email contains a special link to set up your account password.
- Sender: Look for an email from an address ending in
@atomichost.co.za(usually[email protected]). - Subject: Look for “Welcome” or “Account Created.”
- Action: Click the link in the email to set your secure password.
Note: If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, please contact support.
If you are an existing customer: #
You won’t need to set a new password. Your new server has already been attached to your existing account.
2. Log In to the Panel #
Once you have your password ready (or if you already have an account), head over to our control panel to manage your server.

3. Your Server is Installing #
When you log in, you will see your new server on the dashboard.
- Status: It may show as “Installing” or “Updating” for the first few minutes. This is normal!
- Wait Time: Generally, the server is ready within 2 to 5 minutes.
- Server Details: You will find your Server IP Address and port directly on the dashboard once the installation finishes.
